سياسة الاستبدال والإسترجاع – Ebtehaj Boutique:

في Ebtehaj Boutique نحرص على رضاكم ونقدم لكم تجربة تسوّق مميّزة، لذلك نوفر خدمة الإستبدال والإسترجاع وفق الشروط الموضحة أدناه لضمان حقوقكم وراحتكم.

أولاً/ مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:

يمكن طلب الإستبدال أو الإسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

ثانياً/ شروط قبول الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:

يجب أن تتوفر الشروط التالية:

1- أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية تمامًا.

2- وجود الملصقات (Tags) وجميع الملحقات المرفقة بالمنتج.

3- أن تكون القطعة الأصلية سليمة وغير متضررة.

4- لا يتم قبول المنتجات التي تظهر عليها أي علامات استخدام أو روائح أو مكياج اتساخ.

5- في حال كان المنتج ضمن العروض أو التخفيضات، يتم الاستبدال فقط دون استرجاع.

رابعاً/ سياسة المبالغ المستردة:

١- بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، يتم إعادة المبلغ عبر نفس طريقة الدفع.

٢- يستغرق الإرجاع المالي من 3 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

٣- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد (إلا في حال الخطأ أو وجود عيب مصنعي).

خامساً/ المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة:

في حال استلامك لمنتج غير مطابق للطلب أو تالف:

نرجو إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من الإستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة، وسيتم تعويضك باستبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ دون أي تكاليف.

سادساً/ ملاحظات مهمة:

١- يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حال رغبة الإستبدال بسبب عدم ملاءمة المقاس أو تغيير الرأي.

٢- في حال رفض الطلب بعد شحنه، سيتم خصم رسوم الشحن من قيمة المبلغ المسترد.

Second: Conditions for accepting replacement or refund:

The original piece must be intact and undamaged.

Products that show any signs of use, smells or dirty makeup are not accepted.

5- If the product is within the offers or discounts, the exchange is made only without return.

Fourth: Refund Policy:
